about pelvic health harmony
My goal is to help you reconnect to your body and pelvic floor in order to live a better quality of life. I am to not only treat your pelvic health conditions but also educate and empower you to take back control of your health and gain a better understanding of your body.
Whether you’re looking to address your pelvic health concerns or would like to maintain your strength and fitness throughout pregnancy and postpartum, making you feel at ease is my number one priority.
I want you to feel comfortable asking questions so you can understand your pelvic health conditions and what you can do to fix them. Through this process, you will also become more aware of how your body is changing during pregnancy and postpartum.

Hi I’m Nadia and I’m a Physiotherapist passionate about bringing awareness to pelvic health and women’s health. I began my journey into physiotherapy when I attended York University on an academic and sports scholarship.
After graduating with a BSc in Kinesiology and Health Science, I knew I wanted to learn more about physiotherapy and went on to complete the Physical Therapy Master’s program at Queens University.
get to know me
I have always been interested in women’s health, specifically pre and post-natal care, but it wasn’t until I had the chance to work with a pelvic floor therapist during my placement that I decided to specialize in pelvic floor physiotherapy.
Through this experience I realized how little people know about this part of our bodies, and what a gap there is in women’s health care in general. I have since made it my goal to advocate for women with pelvic health concerns and help provide them with the care they need.
As a former university-level athlete, fitness and staying active is still very important to me. It’s my goal to use my continued interest in health and wellness to positively impact the lives of my clients.
